Antique RARE Oil Lamp Dated Lomax Font, A Real Beauty! Much nicer than your average composite oil lamp offered for sale. It is likely a B&H, Bradley and Hubbard lamp. The nice painted pleasing flower design on the glass stem seems to me is apple blossoms and is most attractive. Condition is Very good to excellent. The Lomax font is embossed Patd Date Sep 20, 1870 Oil Guard Lamp.

The nice double step iron base also is shown on several pages in that same catalog. The lamp is 11-5/8 tall to top of the brass collar, about 13 to top of the desirable antique E.

Miller #2 prong burner (and old wick included too). No chimney included in this sale.

If you need a new #2 chimney to be included, we can arrange it for additional reasonable cost. The font is in excellent undamaged condition, no chips or cracks.

The brass and other parts are also in very good undamaged antique condition. The various parts and the floral design certainly point to it being a B&H lamp. B&H was well known to mix and match components.
