Considering the age, WAY better condition than one would expect. Time frame 1875 - some interior distress but no smell. Trunk that belonged to someone wealthy on casters. Two canvas monogrammed bags (pictured). Leather handles missing however most of the original pieces are in the trunk and can be repaired.
