This beautiful antique clock has been in the family for many years. It belonged to my relatives that had settled near Ann Arbor, Michigan. The last time it was in actual use would have been in the 1950's.In Aunt Elvira's Chelsea Flower Shop / Greenhouse office. There is a repair label still attached to the back of the clock that says. I do not know if this clock works as. It has been in storage for many years and then went missing. A couple of years ago. Classic "Ironing Board" flat top. 39" tall x 22.5" wide x 8.25 deep. Some of the orignial interior wallpaper is gone. A few pieces lay in the bottom.
Some water stains, bottom glass or mirror gone. Really dusty and the dark wood needs a good cleaning / restoration.
But face is beautiful / still has the Roman Numerals & one hand. Interior bells and mechanicals, top blue and gold reverse-painted glass. 2 heavy cylinder weights, a winding key. Pendulum and a couple of circular weight cord pulleys.
With sun and moon and "Auburn Patent" on them. If you are up to the challenge of a restoration. Will have to come and pick it up - we are in SE Michigan.
