Rare Antique French Fashion Doll, Unusual Face, Nicely Dressed in Antique Fabric

  

Offered for sale is an antique French Fashion doll with an unusual face. The doll is 18.5 inches tall.

It has a leather body with leather arms. The face is very mature with cobalt blue eyes and a slightly smiling mouth. It is dressed in a royal blue cut velour velvet with matching silk. It has its original mohair wig that is very full. It has a matching bonnet.

There is a loose piece of ribbon pinned to the back. The doll has no markings.

The head has no damage nor repair. The body is in nice condition. The original arms had rusting on all the fingers, so I took these arms from another antique body.
