Rare Antique Theophile Steinlen Lithograph of Standing Soldier 1915, Nice

  

Up for sale is a beautiful antique lithograph by the celebrated Swiss/French painter and printmaker Theophile Steinlen. This rare lithograph shows a standing solder intently staring forward wearing his button up jacket, hat and nice long mustache. I have tried to locate any other example of this image but have not been able to indicating it is quite scarce at a minimum. Unframed the full sheet measures 19.25 x 12.5 inches and is signed in the plate low right "Paris 30 Julliet 1915 - Steinlen". There is some pencil extreme low left "10/10".

This is a lovely lithograph from the talented Theophile of which I particularly love for all the fine lines of the figure.
