This 8 day clock is 21 1/2 tall and dates from about 1880, the condition is all original. It runs very well and keeps good time and.
Strikes with the number of hours on the hour and once at the bottom of the hour. It had an alarm mechanism that was removed at some point in time. The condition is really great, the walnut is gorgeous on this clock and the detail is exceptional. The fancy pendulum was specially made and is marked Colby Wringer Co.
The stencil on the glass tablet is in excellent condition, the clock face has some crazing which actually adds character. Thank you for considering our items.
