2 pots and -very good idea- 2 switches for each PU. This way you have 4 options: Bridge, Neck, B+N, and important- Mute the Sound - you can use this option to stop noise, and even as Kill Switch (electronic tremolo). The tremolo works very stable.

No some noticeable scratches etc. The photos speak better and they are a part of the description.
