RARE! Original ANTIQUE! 1860 Massachusetts & horse Railroads NICE! Book ephemera

  
My camera has issues sometimes with brighter pictures. I don't appraise or really know much about books but in MY opinion, this is a very rare book in this condition. No torn, missing, or detached pages. The cover is nice with the corners dented.

Inside the opening cover, it has James H. Davis in pencil at the top and in pencil at the lower Rt.

This is a government book that probably had just enough published for the people that needed a copy and a copy to be stored. I really doubt there were very many made like this? I'm only guessing but it looks like each RR sent in their own pages and then they were put together in this book.

Each report is on different color paper and some size differences. Each letterhead/opening page is different not like a standard quality published book. This book is to nice to cut up and sell as individual RRs like some of these books are but it is for the serious collector into early Mass.
