Very Nice, Vintage, Very Old, Rare, U. Metal Toys Halloween Witch on Broom Noisemaker.

I have not found another one with that. Paint colors all still look pretty crisp, and bright. I do see some small chips, light rust, and scuffs in places. Where the end of the broom neck is, there may be a crease. Please look at the pictures be your guide.
