The finish was done nicely IMO, and shows nicely. It has period correct Guild tuners and bridge and tail piece look original, not sure about the electronics, they are marked guild. This also has the nice chesterfield inlaid headstock, not like the early gold painted logo, just like their higher end models, very nice.
The volume and tone knobs are aftermarket, I have the original speed knobs as well, they will be included in the sale. The guitar is kind of like an SG or Melody maker, lightweight, but with 24 frets. Nice action, may need to be set up to new owners preference, no cracks breaks etc, I got this in trade, with some other equipment, this is how I got it, if it doesn't sell I will have the electronics wired for both pickups and keep it, This is a nice, vintage, quality built, Westerly RI Guild guitar, these are often under the radar, very underrated guitars.I have too many guitars, parts, projects, time to let some go to someone who will enjoy them! These keep going up in value!
