Vintage Marx 1960's Tin Split Level Dollhouse Rare Very Nice Condition For Age. This has been stored in my home for over 50 + years. About the same temperature all year around. It has only a few minor rusty spots. Please zoom in on the pictures to see.

The worst spot is about 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2. Its in the part that has the little squares for the floor and takes up about 4 of the small squares.

One rusty spot at the end of the house on the yellow and peach color outer floor. The house is 29 inches long , 14 inches tall and 16 inches deep/wide. This doll house is in really nice condition for the age. There is no dents or major damage that I can see. It has bright shiny colors and only a few surface scratches, hardly noticeable.

This would be a great addition for a collector or to decorate for a haunted doll house or especially to decorate it for a Christmas display with a beautiful LED lit mini Christmas tree in the big window. Maybe some mini lights around the windows. I will package this very securely to prevent damage. The picture that is decorated is just to show how it would look decorated for Christmas, not to sell.
